OPI Brilliant High Shine Top Coat (15ml) gives a gorgeous high-shine finish. If you love shiny nails, then this is the perfect product for you as it literally provides a level of shine that cannot be matched!
Great for prolonging manicure wear and protecting against chipping. Finally, it helps prevent nails from yellow and staining.
Directions of use:
First, apply your chosen OPI base coat to clean and dry nails with cuticles pushed back.
Apply your OPI nail colour to the centre of the nail and along each side of the nail.
Repeat until desired opacity is achieved, ensuring you seal the tips.
Shine, seal and protect with one coat of OPI nail polish topcoat.
