Numbuzin No. 1 Pure-Full Calming Herb Toner (300ml) is a clean toner with a lightweight texture which helps to smooth and hydrate the skin.
Formulated with 93% concentrated herbal extracts including Hyacinth Extract, this toner soothes deeply and helps to purify for clearer skin. Enriched with Houttuynia Cordata, Centella Asiatica and Liquorice Root Extract, this toner restores the water-oil balance inside the skin.
Red blemishes and breakouts are treated without leaving any heavy or sticky feel. Non-comedogenic. Cruelty-free.
Directions of use:
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount onto the skin and gently pat to let absorb.
Can be used equally effectively morning or night.
