Kiki Health SBO Bacterial Cultures Vegan Body Biotics 400mg (60 Vegicaps) are activated when consumed with water or juice to deliver all of the benefits of actual bacterial cultures.
These bacterial cultures provide the same bio-identical health benefits which humans benefitted from prior to the spread of toxic chemicals into our farming world in the mid-1950s. They have been naturally dehydrated (not freeze-dried) to render them dormant until mixed with an aqueous solution to revitalise them. Directions of use:
Week 1: (1 per day) Take one capsule a day, 30 minutes before food with juice or pure water.
Week 2: (2 per day) Take one capsule twice a day.
Week 3: (3 per day) Take one capsule three times a day.
If required, increase by one capsule per week up to a maximum of six capsules per day in week six.
Maintain six capsules per day for 6 months or longer, and then reduce to an average of 2 to 3 capsules per day.
