HD Brows Brow Highlighter is an under-brow pencil which helps to produce lifted and defined brows. Highly pigmented with a soft, creamy formula, this highlighter blends seamlessly into the skin.
When applied beneath the brow, it helps to add the lift necessary for perfect arches and tidies the edges of your eyebrow makeup for exact precision.
The formula is enriched with highly protective, water-repelling and densifying Candelilla Wax, and Castor Seed Oil, rich in fatty acids, to help nourish brow hair and lock in moisture. Can also be used as an eyeliner. Cruelty-free & vegan-friendly.
