Waterproof and easily blendable with a liquid to powder effect, this eyeshadow provides easy application with its soft touch applicator. You can vary the intensity of the eyeshadow by applying multiple layers to your eyelids before the texture has dried completely, allowing you to customise your look. Eyeshadow can be used to create a variety of effects.
