Directions of use:
Shampoo – apply to wet hair. Work into a lather while gently massaging the scalp. Rinse and repeat if necessary. For best results, follow with Bulbs & Roots Discipline Conditioner.
Conditioner – apply to clean, towel-dried hair which has been washed with Bulbs & Roots Discipline Shampoo. Massage gently into hair and scalp and leave for 1-2 minutes. Rinse.
